New Festival Cosmetics and Mount!

This morning there was a patch. You can look over the Update 5.1 patch notes here. There were some cosmetic changes though that were not in the patch notes.

Hymne at Cosmetic Lotro has reported that you are now again able to barter for PVE cross class cosmetics.

I also received emails from two readers letting me know that I should go check out the Yule Festival barter NPC because there are 4 new cosmetics and a new mount. (Thank you Jay and Gwyn!) Sure enough, they were right! Have a look at the new cosmetic goodies.

Inn League Cosmetics

Originally founded by spirit-loving Hobbits, the Inn League has since opened its membership to any who enjoy the pleasures of strong drink.

You may only gain reputation with the Inn League during festival times. By gaining reputation with the Inn League you will receive negative reputation from their rival faction, the Ale Association. The Inn League Room, which is found in the Bird & Baby Inn, in Michel Delving, can be accessed once you have reached friend status with the Inn League. The cosmetics are found on Ivy Tunnelly, the Inn League barmaid. You must have Kindred status with the Inn League to interact with her. You will need  Badge of Taste tokens to barter for the cosmetics. You receive these by completing quest given by the Inn League members found around the festival grounds.

Summer Festival Cosmetics

The Summer Festival is here and will run from June 21 – July 11. *cheers* These are the cosmetic items you may receive as rewards this year. All of them can be purchased from a rewards vendor for 12 Summer Festival Tokens.

These items are found at any Skirmish camp on the Classic Vendor under Inn of the Forsaken Treasure

Stowed Threadbare Cloak = 156 Skirmish Marks & 1 Inn of the Forsaken Mark

Lotro 4th Anniversary New Cosmetics

I found these items on a new NPC called “Games-Master”. He was located next to the Keeper of Gifts. You receive the Anniversary Tokens needed to obtain these items by

1) Running the two horse races once a day. One token each

2) Competing in the beer fight at Thorin’s Hall. One token for each completion. Beer Brawl Tips

Spring Festival Cosmetics
