  1. beautiful outfits and beautiful idea for wedding series!

the only comment i have is that i wouldn’t include the cloak (although it’s lovely) for bridesmaid – it looks like she has a train as well 🙂

  2. Ah this is just absolutely lovely! Very well done, beautiful outfits, very romantic! I am looking forward to the rest of this series!
(Makes me want to marry my characters too, but they can never meet because they are all on the same account 😦 )

  3. I am soo sorry we don’t have weddings supported directly by the game 😦 6 years ago I played LineageII – pretty crappy game nowadays, but weddings were supported by the game itself, you could do series of quests for wedding dresses, port to your husband/wife etc… It’s a shame it was available in a non-RP based game and it isn’t in lotro 😦

  4. I almost didn’t include the cloak on the bridesmaid but then I thought the whole outfit would be too plain.

Back in the day I played Everquest 1and everyone got married, even non RPers. It was a big event, you invited a GM (Game Master) to the event and he would officially marry you by saying a few words then handing out cake and drink to all the guests and then officially changing the last names of the couple to be the same. Was pretty cool.

  5. Very neat idea to do a wedding party.

I agree with having a cloak on the bridesmaids . . . not sure about the cloak on the groom since the groomsmen don’t have one.

  6. Thinking of the LotRO world as a more medieval world, I would more than agree that the cloack is more than correct for the groom. Just look at medieval weddings.
I loved this idea and my fiancee and I wish we could marry in this game. Her two characters already share the last name as two of mine. 😛

  7. i know someone to marry but i cant cuz the game doesnt let me. thats diaapointing its odd cuz we can get children but we cant marry anyway great performance

  8. While not being an official, game-supported thing, I’d say if you want a wedding in game, gather your friends and kinsmen, dress up, and head to the Methel-Stage near Bywater, The Shire. Then everyone map back to the kinhouse where the Housing Chests will be full of Fireworks, ales, wines, and pipeweed. Get one of those groups of musicians who are really good at playing together, and voila! A wedding in Lotro. Make sure the bride and groom end up with the same last name, and of course, remember to take lots of screenshots!
