Elven Defender

Lotro Outfit

Kedwyr doesn’t normally enjoy questing. The epic book quests are probably his least favorite of Lotro quests. Not because of the story (the story is amazing) but because of all the running around you have to do. But I wanted Needed  him to at least finish his book quests up to chapter 8 of Volume 3 Book 1, The Depths of Duty because I had to be able to access the Rift cosmetics at the skirmish camp.

Completing this quest will open up the skirmish Rescue in Nûrz Gâshu which drops Lefnuilan Campaign Marks. These marks can be bartered at any skirmish camp for some pretty nice cosmetics. The helm in this outfit, Ceremonial Hat of the Elder Days, is one of those cosmetics.

Head: Ceremonial Hat of the Elder Days (Skirmish cosmetic using Lefnuilan Campaign Marks)

Shoulders: Shoulders of Mirkwood, dyed Burgundy (drops in [53] The Rift of Nûrz Ghâshu. The coloring is unique but the design of these shoulders can be found many places in Lotro))

Chest: Shining Elven Steel Breastplate, dyed Burgundy (Purchased from a Heavy Armour vendor level 41)

Hands: dyed burgundy, (Any cloth gloves will work)

Legs: Thick Elven Steel Leggings, dyed Burgundy (T3 Crafted)

Feet: Enduring Leather Boots of Fleetness, dyed Burgundy (World drop level 36 but these look similar to leather boots found at any Outfitter.)

Back: Ceremonial Defenders Cloak, dyed Burgundy (Store)

Steed: Free Folk (Council of the North Rep)

  1. I love this! It’s been challenging to find a look for my elven males that really captures the essence of how I see my characters. This one is perfect!

  2. Absolutely wonderful! I hardly know where to start the compliments 🙂 The horse is so lovely, and the outfit matches the horse’s tack so well. I love the chest dyed that way, and the cloak is so pretty!
