An Extravagant Scoundrel

Lotro Outfit

I have to say there are too many heroes in this world. Walking into the Prancing Pony I find that everyone is swooning the ladies with their legendary exploits. This character however, lives on the shadier side of town. Stealing coin, getting the ladies drunk and making swift exits before the constable arrives. A scoundrel through and through.

The chest and legs of this outfit drop from any of the new Isengaurd instances. They are however, Bind on Equip so I would ask your friends or check the auction house to find them also. The legs have a strip of red on the hem that won’t dye.

I found the boots as a quest reward in Dunland. There are a couple quests in Dunland that offer a boot with this graphic as the reward. Look at our guide “A Cosmetic Guide To The ROI Quest Rewards” to find which quests offer a boot that looks like these ones.

  1. What an amazing outfit! I’m going to run right out and grab those legs…it’s a shame that shirt won’t dye when worn by female characters 😦

  2. He’s still quite attractive for a shady rogue. That’s why we need all those heroes bursting out of the Pony, to protect us from your sly scoundrel!

I’be been checking the auction house for those legs almost daily. Always priced beyond my means, but someday I will get them.

  3. As much as I love the outfits you design (they are WONDERFUL!), I’d like to see maybe some more lower-level obtained outfits, which i know is hard, but its only a suggestion.
